Services explained:

Airing and inspection

• We will carry out a full external security inspection before entering your property
• Windows opened so that your property can be properly aired throughout  
• All room ceilings, doors, windows checked for water damage/leakage
• All areas checked for insect infestation.
• Toilets flushed
• Each visit to your property is recorded with our TouchChecker system then emailed to you weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your requirements.

Should we find any damage or faults we will take photographs and email them to you with a detailed written report, on your instructions we will then undertake the repairs.

Key Holding

We require two full sets of keys for your property.

All keys are sealed in security pouches with serial numbered tags and secured in a key safe, no property details are held with the keys. Keys are signed in and out with an explanation as to why removed.

ANC Facilities Management Keyholding complies with ACPO 95 & 2000 policies for intruder alarm systems, we are an Approved Contractor with the Security Industry Authority, ISO 9001-2000 annually inspected to the British Standards: BS 7984:2001 (Code of practice for the Management , staffing & Operation of the organisation providing Keyholding & Alarm Response Services.) BS 7858:2006 (Security Screening of Personnel Employed in a Security Environment.) BS 7499:2002 (Code of practice for Static Guarding.)

For delivery/collection of keys outside of office hours no charge penalty is incurred.

Bill Paying

Electricity/water bills, monthly complex fees are paid on your behalf by ANCfm.

We agree on the amount of money required to be held for the payment of bills.

Welcome Packs

We have two types of welcome pack:

Pearl and Ruby welcome packs contain the basics, bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, sugar, water and milk.

Diamond clients will get as above plus, eggs, fruit, and cereal

Full Fridge (VIP Service)

We will stock your fridge ready for use with: Agreed supplies (local Produce)

Help Line

Should you require the services of a plumber, electrician, carpenter or any other maintenance service, general information or you may need help with booking a boat trip or sight seeing trip you can contact are Duty manager 24/7. 

Water & Gas

We will deliver one 19 liter bottle of water and a 12 kg gas bottle to your property before you arrive, the deposits will be paid by us. ANCfm will charge the client if the bottles are not returned or are damaged.

We will discuss your requirements in detail before commencement of any cleaning services:

Pool Maintenance

We will look after your pool before, during and after your stay. We will discuss with you your requirements so that you have daily visits while the pool is in use and 2 visits per week while not in use. Season startup price £149.
